Click here to order your repeat prescription online - you must be registered for System One Online Access
For safety purposes we do not accept prescription requests over the telephone. These can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org via the link at the top of this page. Thank you.
The doctor will decide whether your medication should be available to you on a repeat basis or not. When a prescription is issued as a repeat, it will have two parts. The left –hand side is the actual prescription which you must take to the chemist (this is coloured green), the right-hand side is detachable and lists those medications that are available for repeat prescribing. It helps us if you can use this slip when ordering your next supply of medication. We now send most prescriptions electronically to the chemist of your choice, please make sure you have the correct destination on your record.
This Practice will only accept requests for repeat medication in writing. (please see next paragraph). Requests received each day before 11.30am will be ready for collection from the surgery 1 week later.
If you choose to have your prescription sent to the chemist in Kelvedon, Coggeshall or Marks Tey then please allow an extra day for the pharmacy to make up the prescription. Please remember to tell us where you will be collecting from when you leave the request.
To order repeat medication please tick the required medication using the repeat slip, your request can be handed in at reception or posted in the designated box at reception.
Should you wish to order you prescriptions via email please send your request to email@example.com
Please note the Prescription Query line is open Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm. This is for queries only. We do not accept prescription requests over the phone.
